Video tour of Large Balcony (B6) on Norwegian EPIC

A rather belated upload of this short video I'd taken (and forgotten about) of my cabin onboard Norwegian EPIC this past February.

There is zero yammering as I shoot a totally silent (well, minus the balcony wind noise) pan of the room from almost all possible angles.

B6 Large Balcony

Perhaps it will be of some use to future cruisers considering this type of cabin. I really really enjoyed this room, and would book it again in a heartbeat. Convenient location to elevators without hearing any noise from them, and in a position where there is wider hallway outside the door.

When I arrived at embarkation, there were two loungers, two chairs, and the two small tables on the balcony. I requested my totally wonderful cabin steward remove one lounger to create more walk space.

I like it I like it.

Nice that the toilet is in a separate chamber so that one can use the vanity sink

or shower and not tie up all three functions at the same time.

Seems to have adequate cabinet and drawer facilities missed where your

bags/luggage was stored (under bed?).

I like the large balcony - agree the 2nd lounge chair would rob useful space.

??? The Life Boats are they hung out from their davits like that the entire

cruise - or was some kind of maintenance being done ? Would be bothersome

to photograph and or observe animal/marine life. Most all ships have the

Life Boats nestled inside a deck cavity !?!

Thanks again for sharing the great video.

Answering my own ???s

Went back and looked at other photos of the ship and indeed the life boats

are hung out all the time.

Not a pleasant photo opt but with a ship of that size all the noticeable activity

must be on the inside.

Thanks for the view from the balcony. For a moment, I was right there!!! :):):) We had B6 11192. Loved the balcony.

On Breakaway, we had an angled balcony 13836. It was much smaller than the Epic balcony, but OK. Now I remember, though, why I like the Breakaway cabin better than Epic. It somehow felt more spacious and I prefer the Breakaway bath layout.

Plenty of room under the bed for all empty luggage throughout the week.

When looking out from within the cabin' date=' or while on the lounger I could not see the lifeboats whatsoever. I would have to be closer to the railing and, even then, I was not disappointed with that view obstruction.[/color']
