Topo Gigio Posted August 18, 2014 #4 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Looks a lot like the Solstice Class.
Rare RCCL Fan Posted August 18, 2014 #5 Share Posted August 18, 2014 It is solstice, no question, said that from the second I saw it. I was disappointed in RCI for not truly building a new ship. Then then route came out and flying to NJ to sail to FL and Nassau just seems nuts. After that I stopped following anything Quantum related. I did click on your pictures though and I will admit now, for the first time, I'm a bit curious to see inside. :-)

However, we will be sailing on the Quantum to the southern Caribbean. Edited August 18, 2014 by maddycat
Iamthesea Posted August 18, 2014 #7 Share Posted August 18, 2014 (edited) The ship does remind me of a Solstice class. Edited August 18, 2014 by Iamthesea
SRQfireman Posted August 18, 2014 #8 Share Posted August 18, 2014 The ship does remind me of a Solstice class. That is the virtual inside cabin on the Quantum (or whatever the correct term they use).......you get a live picture of the outside of the ship on the "video wall"

Although I would not mind staying in an Inside, now. :D I love the look of the new ship, as we love the Solstice class. ;) I thought that the Anthem and Quantum were going to be huge and like the Oasis class in looks. nelblu Posted August 18, 2014 #12 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Thanks for the info. All I have to say it WOW. She is HUGE!!! Not nearly as large as the Allure/Oasis who at 225k is some 1/3 larger than the Quantum/ Anthem.
kwazi07 Posted August 18, 2014 #13 Share Posted August 18, 2014 Not nearly as large as the Allure/Oasis who at 225k is some 1/3 larger than the Quantum/ Anthem. Exactly...because she is smaller I expected her to be a dwarf compared to Oasis/Allure. She looks a lot bigger than Freedom.

Andreas Depping Posted August 23, 2014 #25 Share Posted August 23, 2014 ... just another Quantum photo? May be a bit more. There is an XXL version of a photo in my gallery. Look for "Quantum XXL" and open it. You will see a very (!) large picture with many details by scrolling up and down and left and right. Maybe you can find your cabin ! http://www.depping-design.de/test/thumbnails.php?album=
