Alberto from the Philippines on Liberty of the Seas. He's been doing this for 30 plus years, a ton of energy and lots of fun. Made each dinner feel extra special.

 

Some seem to feel you can't have same wait staff for MTD, we've had no problem doing so. We try to stick with time frame within a 30 minute window and have had same staff for all but 1 night out of 6 sailings.

We returned from the Wonder a few weeks ago and the entire Coastal Kitchen team was superb. We ended up meeting others and dining together  midway through and none of us wanted to give up our wait staff, but Thomas, Edwin and Jimmy just made me smile night after night.

Grace from Serenade...last time onboard she worked at Giovanni's and her husband Diego worked at Chops.
