It's hard to be nice to this poster. If you have been following the dialog (some of it deleted by host), you would understand the reason so many of us are so hostile toward his post, ie posting under different names, provoking people and just downright deceit. We do try to be civil here, but we are not stupid

Thanks for the information. I did find him on Roll Call. Okay -- will try to be more helpful -- he may just have a poor "bedside manner". :o

He supposedly was going to be on an Oceania Baltic cruise a couple of years ago, but after asking numerous questions about that cruise, he ended up cancelling just before final payment and then proceeded to ask many questions about when he might expect his deposit back. Maybe he only plans cruises but doesn't take any.
