Just off Vision. A few thoughts.

Actually, we were disappointed with the Motown band. We have heard much better and there was no light and shade in their performance.

One man's meat etc.......

 

Because I had read here that the mattresses were hard, we requested a Topper on Embarkation afternoon from our room steward. It made a difference and the firm bed much more acceptable.

We asked the first morning and was told they don't have any toppers but heard from many others that they received one. Don't know if loyalty level made a difference but being in a suite certainly didn't!

We were on the repositioning cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Tampa, so...

We thought Paul Rutter's entertainment choices (single acts) were horrendous.

 

FWIW, The guest entertainers are under contract to RCI. Their managers arrange schedules with RCI and other cruise lines. They tend to run from great to mediocre. Not under the control of anyone on board the Vision.

We've seen Finis Henderson twice and still think he's the best headliner we've ever seen on a cruise ship.

The Tribute Groups are our favorites... Beatles, Platters, etc.

We have sailed on Liberty once. For us, it is much too large. If Ice Skating, big shows and a lot more people suits you, then yes you would be disappointed. For us Vision was preferable.

In the past I have kept everything intending to write full reviews and never got around to it. So I threw them away.

Ironically, this time I have written the mini review without them.

 

Any specific questions, I will be happy to try and answer though.
