CruiserBruce Posted December 22, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 22, 2014 No, unless you booked thru HAL.
Krazy Kruizers Posted December 22, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 22, 2014 People who book through a TA -- like us -- can not see that information. Others who book through HAL say that they can see all that information. I just make certain that our TA sends us a copy of all the shipboard credit we are due from various sources. take us away Posted December 23, 2014 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2014 When you get the statement from your TA showing all the various on-board credits, make sure you bring it with you just in case there is an issue with your OBC.
doublebzz Posted December 28, 2014 #7 Share Posted December 28, 2014 No, unless you booked thru HAL. I booked through HAL - Unable to find stockowner credit.
senorjim Posted December 28, 2014 #8 Share Posted December 28, 2014 I booked through HAL - Unable to find stockowner credit. I'd suggest you print the shareholder credit confirmation you received from HAL world cruise department and bring that with you also. toeknee Posted June 17, 2017 #9 Share Posted June 17, 2017 Hi, I'm a 5 star mariner with Holland America, and would like to add a small 5 star logo to my personalizer. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks Tony
PSR Posted June 17, 2017 #10 Share Posted June 17, 2017 If you booked through HAL, any Onboard Credit from the booking will show on the emailed guest confirmation (under Guest Information) you should have gotten when you completed the booking. When you apply and receive Carnival OBC, it will be added to the OBC total with an updated guest confirmation. It does not appear in the Personalizer. PSR Posted June 17, 2017 #11 Share Posted June 17, 2017 Oops! Late edit: while checking my booking, found a new feature in the Personalizer "Make a Payment" section. They show all the money details of your booking: total, deposit, any payments, AND any OBC currently received. I had not seen this during my previous cruise purchase. Rare POA1 Posted June 17, 2017 #12 Share Posted June 17, 2017 I booked through HAL - Unable to find stockowner credit. CCL Shareholder credit doesn't show on HAL's website. It was on our statement from our travel agent though. We always take copies of everything. We did have a situation a few years ago where some of our OBC didn't post. Fortunately, we had paperwork copies and they were able to get everything straightened out. It took a few days though.
iflyrc5 Posted June 18, 2017 #13 Share Posted June 18, 2017 I booked through HAL - Unable to find stockowner credit. Remember that you must submit the appropriate paperwork to get the CCL stock owner OBC - it is not an automatic thing.
