winewanderer Posted December 24, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 24, 2014 Hello Everyone, Belle, Merry Christmas to you! I was apparently good but I don't remember it that way. I lost 1 lb. I haven't been this low a weight on the scale in a loooong time. I'm about 12 lbs. down now. I wonder if it has to do with being post menopause now. When I was going through perimenopause and menopause the lbs. just appeared like crazy. Now they seem to being going away the same way. My pants are droopy! I know, don't complain! Wishing everyone a great holiday, whatever it is you celebrate. Diana
missy1122 Posted December 26, 2014 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2014 Happy holidays! I didn't lose anything this week but also didn't gain. With all the parties and extra holiday snacks I am surprised. I did eat lots of extra calories today. since it's Christmas I told myself that there was not any calories in anything I ate today. Back to strict calorie counting tomorrow morning. Diana, congrats on the weight lose and baggy pants! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Belle Posted December 29, 2014 Author #6 Share Posted December 29, 2014 How's everyone doing? Happy? Tired? Full? Sleepy? Whatever tomorrow is Monday.. back to normal untill New Year's Eve and night and another weekend. Then the NEW YEAR 2015! Diana congrats..a loss and baggy pants..what more do you want for Christmas? (smiling) Missy that's good not to have a gain at this time of the year. Jo only a half lb gain.. that is also good to have a low gain this time of the year. I've been staying the same but need to lose. Now it's how we did after Christmas and now thru the 31st! Now ready to hear from the rest of you. Do we have to wait till Thursday? Hope not! I'm moving in the complete wrong direction, but 5 weeks into my 6-week vacation (Thanksgiving, river cruise, Christmas Break), I think I'm doing okay. I've definitely gained, but not too terribly much. (I hope!) I haven't actually stepped on the scale since before Thanksgiving. I may be in for a rude awakening once we get back home next week! I'm sure I'll be able to lose the extra weight before too long, but I'm going to miss the family game-night snacking and eating Christmas chocolate every day!
