An update on my "mistake in advertising" thread

I posted last week about a mistake in advertising for our August 8th cruise to Alaska on the Noordam. I wrote a letter with screen shots and just heard back today. Holland America apologized for the mistake and offered us the upgrade. I'm so glad they followed through and tried to make us happy! To be honest, I wasn't expecting that at all. I thought at best they might offer us on OBC. Way to go Holland America!
