Biggest waves on Labadee

The waves at Labadee tend to be gentle and small. The side of the island with the most waves (Adrenaline Beach) is rockier and would not be fun or safe with high waves, which we've never seen. We've been there with wind and rain coming in towards Adrenaline and even then the waves were relatively modest. The beaches are not like the Atlantic east coast beaches with long stretches of beach and waves rolling in with high peaks and rolls.

BND is correct, the bigger breakers are at Adrenaline, and they built a breakwater just because of that...most cruisers prefer much smaller surf.

I have been there twice but we always head away from the biggest crowd. I think we have gone to where the water park is and that is very gentle waves.

The "waves" are more like "ripples"....can't even "body surf" in it!!!

When you enter Labadee you will notice that there are beaches on your left and right.

 

The right side are the calm beaches in the cove. The left side has the bigger waves. They sometimes have warning flags that it isn't safe to swim there, so take note and have fun!!:)
