Early Flight MIA to FLL

On Victory into MIA on Thurs May 21. Is 1040 tooooo early to get on a southwest flight?? Plan on using sas transport?? THANKS

Coming into POM and flying from FLL at 10:40? Way too tight.

I've got the same problem in June. Not sure I want to cut it that tight either but it's a direct flight and I hate flying.. let me know what you end up doing.

I wouldn't try it especially since it is a weekday and you'll be in the morning rush hour....

Very Risky. I wouldn't want to face the consequences if you are delayed. Way worse than the pluses of the flight. Some cruisers wouldn't even book this flight flying out of FLL.

Remember flights are full nowadays. No more rebooking easily. You might want to look at hotels and other flights so you're prepared for the worst.

ty I think I will chicken out and go later. Am flying from FLL to Indianapolis to go to 500 so I can easily go later that day or the next day. Again ty all

Just changed my flight to the next day for about $23 each! Don't like worrying about that kind of thing.. one more day in Florida can't hurt..

I chickened out. I am using rewards from SW card so the cost should not have concerned me. But had I gone that day I would have gotten to indy late in the day. So I got a room on the beach and will enjoy a Florida beach which I have never done.:)

Just a little FYI.....MIA is the airport code for the Miami International Airport. People usually use POM for the port. I saw the title of this thread and thought one was trying to fly form MIA to FLL.
