 I just called and got Kelly.  There is a specific list of sailings but for some reason there was an error and the list of itineraries did not get loaded. She said they are working on loading them now. She says it mostly 3-4 night sailings except for one sailing that is a 5 night out of Galveston.

I have the same offer with the same problem. Itinerary missing from Club Royale and email. Post it if you get it.

The itinerary has been added to my offer this morning. I was surprised that they added two offers yesterday. I wonder if it's because another round of cancellations are about to come out.

Nope.  Just my annual tier offer and 2 useless $$ off offers.  But I should be grateful.  At least I am getting some offers now.  I wasn't getting anything at all until I called and got a good Agent who un'effed my profile.  Maybe I will start getting something useful eventually.

Mlife (MGM group) is a casino partner with Royal. I think it is the only land-based casino group that Royal has a partnership with.

My offer was for $25 off plus a casino discount for a cruise or a free room in Las Vegas.

M Life offer follow up. In my wife's Club Royale it shows a M Life player number. Strangely in my account. They removed the offer. ??

Got another CR email about some $500 off offer. It is another 107. So my offers have gone from being 103,104 down to 107 level. Yes it has been over a year since my last sailing. My March 2020 and many others were canceled.

I'm booked for May 8th on Indy, but I think it will be cancelled. I have a b2b on Mariner in June that I'm hoping for, but it's hard to keep seeing the glass half full.

Just got off the phone with the best Casino Rep I've ever had !  What a huge help. 

 

She confirmed that we will be getting new tier casino comp cruises in April 2021.  I know that we have been speculating about whether or not we will get new ones, but she said that we definitely will.
