Hubby and I also received the annual Prime tier offer this morning (it made my morning, lol.) Only downside is that it expires 3/31/22, so we won't be able to use the offers for summer 2022 sailings. 😞 But, still, "free" cruises! 🙂

I see you haven't used your cruise from last year either.  so now I have two free cruises that have to be used within a year but cruises haven't started up yet.  I wonder if they would allow you to use both of them to upgrade to a balcony?

We actually have 4 because hubby and I are both prime.

I doubt that you can combine offers  under the same persons name on the same sailing. I think two interiors upgrade to a ocean view not a balcony, but that is when the offers are in different names.

Yes I wish it was good for Summer 2022. I would like to do Europe in 2022.

Yes, we got ours. I just called to see if I could apply it to my June Adventure cruise, but they have no casino comp rooms left for June on Adventure. Oh well!

Was worth a call.   Never hurts to ask!

I am strongly considering booking last weeks offer for Adventure sailings for August.  We hardly ever do Caribbean sailings August thru October due to concerns of tropical storms/hurricane season.    I say "go for it" but he's more cautious with that kind of stuff.    We are all booked up for other travels in June and early July.    Tough choices - LOL!

I am having a brain fart.  If I book a cruise with my annual Tier offer, can I change it to another cruise as long as it is before the expiry date of the offer? Looking to book to Odyssey in January 2022 and want to book 2 cabins but not sure if we will need the 2nd one.

I think that you would need to change it before the final payment date, and the expiration date, but I am not sure.

We also got our new tier offer. If Royal was smart, they would have had it expire Mar '2023. Cruises have not started up & may not till summer or fall, so half the year maybe gone already.        Also many cabins are already taken by those lifting & switching to a year later when their cruises were canceled.  We are doing our tier19 in Dec, our tier20 in March, & now have to fit in our tier21.

I have 3 of the PRIME I could book. My wife has 2. You are right. They should have moved it out another year.

Just booked our 21tier1 this am-symphony. Luckily they still had a few gs. Doing this one in March also, the later the better. Dont want to have to have the annual tier canceled again. They did change it to 7 nites or less. (the agent  told me that many of their cruises are now7 nites).

I sent an email to Royal's club royale this am, asking them to consider extending the exp date. Anyone who reads this should do the same, if more people tell them, maybe then it may happen!!

My two comp cruises in June were cancelled this morning. No surprise there! I spoke with a Casino Host that gave me several cruise options for each one. (The options were out of Galveston or Tampa.) The dates won't work for me, but I have until April 22 to make a change. I also looked up the itinerary offers online at "Casino Royale offers". Put in your last name and the reservation number that was cancelled.

Nice to hear that they gave you some options for moving.  I have only had that happen once.  The online thing has never ever worked for me.  Luckily I don't have any casino bookings in June.  My next casino bookings are in July on Indy.

Thanks for reminding me about that - I did get a whole bunch of sub cruises when I put in my cancelled reserv. #. All way thru May 2022, and from Fla, NJ, Bahamas, Texas, etc.

I just got my Annual Tier Renewal email from Club Royale. The 2020 tier status extension is interesting. I will retain my tier through March 31, 2022, plus any tier credits earned on sailings in 2021 will count towards elevating my status for the current program period. Hmm.... it's a long way for me to Signature, but I wonder if there are any small unnamed steps along the way from Prime at 2,500 to Signature at 25,000. Any ideas?

We are in the same "boat".  We have never even come close to qualifying for Signature...but we are table game players and it's really hard unless you are a big wager-er....which we are not.  I think it's easier for slots players but with any gambling, it's a matter of your throughput.  The more you wager on each "pull" the faster your points add up.  I don't have any delusions of ever being Signature.

My husband plays Craps and never gets enough points for any benefits. I love playing slots and it is easier to get to Prime, especially since we cruise four times a year.

Since we moved to FL. we go pretty often now, & Royal points are cumulative within the year. Also, my husband used to do only tables, but now does both slots & tables.
