What to do in Grand Cayman for the day?

We have never been to Grand Cayman before and I was wondering what is their to do there?, any tips/ideas??

I'm swimming with dolphins when i go in September. I know that a lot of people go to Stingray City.

Stingray City is probably the biggest tourist attraction. There are lots of water sports, parasailing, etc. there is a semi submersible that is good if you don't scuba dive or snorkel. And a town called Hell.

Go see Capt Marvin's. Left on the main drag about a block on the right. He takes sport boats out to three snorkeling stops including swimming with the Stingrays. Well worth it and lots of fun. We have done this twice and love it. Some of the clearest water anywhere we have ever been for snorkeling or scuba.

A guidebook will be helpful to you. It will detail EVERYTHING about every port....then you can decide what interests you! Libraries have them, if you don't want to buy one!

You have a lot of options.

 

If you like to snorkel, it is a great place for that with snorkeling with the stingrays being the most popular.

 

You can go to seven mile beach.

 

And you can enjoy the town where the tender will drop you off.

 

Trip Advisor is also a great source of information.
