Generally, this indicates that in some aspect of your experience, we failed to live up to your expectations and I regret that you felt the need to have your issue addressed. Our Customer Relations team’s main objective is to work with you to arrive at an amicable solution, and that is why I am asking you to take a few minutes to provide feedback about your experience. Maldonado Senior Manager, Customer Relations While I did take a Viking cruise nearly 4 months ago ending May 4, 2015, I never contacted Viking nor did I have any issues raised while on the ship or off. I tried to hit reply to the email but I suspect since the questionnaire is powered by Survey Monkey, I am guessing my reply just went to cyberspace. Maybe Viking will see this post and clarify how MY email address received this questionnaire when I didn't have any issues. You missed my point...I never complained. ....the email is addressed to someone who had issues with their cruise and who contacted Viking Customer Service..
