Escargot. Yes or No?

Does Princess offer Escargot as an appetizer in their Dining Rooms, or Crown Steak House? My wife and I are cruising on Princess for the first time in nine years in October and are curious. We love escargot and are hopeful it is an option?

Yes. We had them on the last night of the 10 day cruise. They were great. I could have used a bit more garlic.

I think we had them 4 times on a 7 day cruise with 3 of those on nights other than French night!! On ship right now & can't wait :) :)

Tried em numerous times prepared different ways, just don't like them at all.

 

But most people like them with garlic and I can't stand garlic either.

Since it is only on one of the nights menu's if you want additional speak with the head waiter at your DR 24 hours in advance and you can special order more for the next night. :D

I have never asked the night before and only been told no when it was something that needed to be pre made/prepared.

 

The night after it was on the menu is always a good night to ask too.

Years ago when cruising with our preteen kids we ordered escargot for them so we could get a few extra to enjoy. Those rotten kids really liked them.

They are now adults with kids of their own and they still like almost anything.
