Drydock for celebrity solstice?

This ship is older and due for a drydock I believe - anyone know when she gets one? I like this ship and want to book a cruise but am tired of cruising with saggy beds, dirty carpets & bedspreads..

For what it's worth, we were on Solstice in May and she looks fantastic. The bed was not saggy, the carpets were not dirty, and there are no bedspreads, only a coverlet/duvet which was white, fresh, and clean. Not sure where you read this or heard this but the ship is phenomenal.

Just as a footnote all RCI ships (including Celebrity) undergo a scheduled drydock maintenance program every 5 years. The RCI ships have also been going through a significant enhancement program during these dry dock periods to include new staterooms, dining venues, and other significant changes. I don't believe any of the Celebrity ships are doing this, in particular the Solstice class ships.

 

BTW beds and bedspreads are replaced and localized carpet repairs are carried out as needed on an ongoing basis and unless it is a complete ship bedding refit, they won't wait for a scheduled dry dock to do these.

Solstice is in dry dock October 2016. Not sure exactly what's getting done though. I'm on the repo cruise to Singapore

Just off Solstice 2 days ago - it looks brand new - stateroom nice - public spaces nice.

 

I do vote to get rid of the Cellar Masters bar and replace it with a British style Fish and Chips pub!
