Parking for cruise in Long Beach, CA

I will be cruising out of Long Beach, CA on January 9th for 15 days. Where can I park my car during that time? Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you are on Ruby Princess January 9 I suggest you park at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro as that is where your cruise embarks.

In San Pedro there is parking right next to the pier in the fenced in area.

You'll be sailing out of SAN PEDRO! You really should check your personalizer for this kind of very important information. You could have missed your ship!

 

There's parking at the pier. $16 a day.

If you're on a Carnival ship, you're sailing out of Long Beach. If you're on Princess or another cruise line, out of Los Angeles (the World Cruise Center in San Pedro). There's plenty of parking there.

Yep. Better get this one straight. Long Beach is a very long walk if you park your car there and then board the ship in San Pedro.

Nope...San Pedro is $16 UP from $12 just recently.

Not sure why you'd want to park your car in Long Beach when the ship sails from the Port of Los Angeles. San Pedro (the World Cruise Center, Port of Los Angeles) is in Los Angeles, not Long Beach. Long Beach is nearby to where the ship sails but it's kind of like parking in Miami to sail out of Ft. Lauderdale.

 

A suggestion is to stay overnight at the Crowne Plaza or Doubletree in San Pedro. They have "park and sail" packages that are reasonable and are very close to the cruise terminal.

MY BAD I am sailing out of San Pedro. I apologize for my error. I hope that you will forgive me. I have sailed out of San Pedro before so I know the area. I have booked a room at Crowne Plaza.
