Nadja did an excellent job. Very attentive and quick to sort out a cabin maintenance issue we had. Would be thrilled to sail with her again.

 

 

Najda was our suite concierge in our NYE cruise, and she did an awesome job, she was very attentive and help us with eveything we needed. She was everywhere everytime, from my cruising experience the best concierge ever.

I was also on the Christmas+NY cruise on NAV with Nadja. I loved her. I thought she was a very professional and effective Concierge. The one thing that I did NOT like was the "[un]escorted" disembarkation. She basically took us down the elevator and showed us the back of the line where everyone else was getting off the ship. It was an utter disaster. She claimed (and I have no doubt that it's the truth) that she was not permitted to get off the ship in Miami and could not personally escort us down. Then, to add insult to injury, there was no Suites/priority customs line. Getting luggage off of that insufferable conveyor was horrific. Everyone is jammed up in a very small space trying to find their luggage and get out of there. UGH

 

I realize that this had nothing to do with Nadja...these are port issues...so I really hope that the new port in Miami will fix these completely unacceptable problems.

I received an email from Raj after I emailed the wrong one(Diamond instead of Suite)Cheker had sent it to Raj. We'll be onboard tomorrow, and I can update for you. Raj is definitely going to be onboard next week.:D

After reading that the Diamond lounge on Voyager would not be open for our sailing (8th Oct - Hong Kong to Singapore) on the spreadsheet...

 

The Diamond Lounge will not be open for all Asian sailing ships until it arrives in Sydney again in summer (November 2017)

 

I emailed RCI for clarification and they gave confirmed it will be open for our sailing [emoji1303][emoji1]

Not sure -- Christopher Dhookit -- reported 5-26 -- until the end of August. Maybe Jorge Delgado who is on vacation from 6-30-2017 until 8-18 and is slated to go to DL.

Christopher was on for the 5/18 sailing. At that time he was in the DL and Jorge in the CL.

I can confirm the Jorge come back from vacation on 8/18. He did not mention what lounge he would have then. We will be back on 8/18 and will report.

We will be on the 9/1 sailing. We've never been to Seattle or on an Alaskan cruise, so any info you can share will be helpful! Explorer is my favorite ship. This is my friend's first cruise and my 26th!

From Jeremías tonight, he will move to Suite Lounge with Cheker August 18, when Raj goes on vacation. Mohamed will be in the Diamond Lounge then.
