Sherri, also totally forgot to say that Sucel Anderson (Adventure Concierge) goes on vacation on 13 January and will return some time in April. Have no idea who replaces her but we’ll be on board immediately after dry dock, so can update you then.

I’m sure you’re right Bob - Maria (on vacation just now) said she would be going to Symphony and I was surprised as she’d only just covered the Diamond Lounge on AD and it was her first time as a Concierge

I agree -- Beatrice did have someone helping the first few days on our last cruise -- mostly checking cards to make sure we belonged.

When that lounge was still the old CL..they always had two concierges at that desk. Now it is twice as crowded and have just one concierge since converting to the DL. That has got to be wearing on Beatrice. Would not want that job. :o
