Princess Call Center Hours

Have these been changed or is it my imagination? I just called and the call center was closed. It's only open 6AM to 6PM PST on Saturday's. I remember calling them all hours when questions come up and have never found it closed before.

Those are the hours it has been since I started cruising in 2013.

Current hours are 6 AM to 7 PM Monday-Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Saturday-Sunday. All times given are Pacific Time.

Definitely used to open earlier Monday-Friday, and close later Monday-Saturday. Sundays have had some hours added, so that could be the trade-off.

And most of the specialized desks (PVPs, EZ Air) are now open 6 AM to 6 PM Monday-Friday. Used to be only 7 AM to 4 or 5 PM.

 

(I do realize the OPs question of whether the call center used to open earlier than 6 AM PT/9 AM ET on Saturdays still is not answered...sorry)
