Port of Miami to Fll

Has anyone used a car service to get from the port of Miami to the Fort Lauderdale airport and if so how long was it? We have a relatively early flight out and by all accounts it is about 45 minutes. Has anyone had experience with an early morning pickup or a good company to use?

That 45 minutes might not be realistic if it is a weekday and you are hitting rush hour. What day of the week and what time is your flight?

I'm curious about this too. I need to get from POM to FLL and currently have a 3:30pm flight but want to change it to an 11:35pm flight but not sure if that's too early??

Larry's Limos is another often suggested provide for Miami service.

 

For an 11:30 flight you need to be at FLL by about 10:00 - earlier is better. ;)

 

With the drive taking 45-90 minutes (day of the week, traffic, etc.) you should be okay, but I would carry my bags off the ship instead of waiting for your number to be called.

Is Uber available at POM to Fll airport? Or should I arrange a limo service.

According to recent posts Uber is available at POM, but you will be competing with lots of other cruisers for a ride

I havent done it yet but will be in January. We booked Johns Car Service. Great customer service so far.
