Choir Practice

On a recent NCL Dawn cruise, I happen to be reading my book in the same area that choir practice was taking place. After the practice session was over I found the music was staying with me. I had not paid attention to the lyrics and have no idea of the song titles. Days later, the music is still in my head and it is beautiful!

Can someone help me determine the name of the piece and the writer?

NCL has a choir on their ships? Is this for religious services?

I think most ships with several sea days in a cruise now have a passengers' choir...I've been joining for about 5 years. It's light entertainment music...one song seems to be "We are sailing"! Also "Delilah"...with a few actions. There used to be a video on You Tube of a "flash mob" choir on Azura, where one person in the atrium starts to sing, and slowly others join in.
