How to verify RCCL Visa onboard credit processed

I redeemed points for a $100 onboard credit approx 3-4 weeks ago. How can I confirm the credit has been processed and will be available once on board?

I just called the other day to redeem points for an upcoming cruise.

Call 1-888-305-4626, give them your reservation # and tell them you are just confirming the obc.

I redeemed some points for my Sep. cruise earlier this year and received a confirmation email. Check to see if you have them blocked as "spam." But look at your account and see if the points available has decreased. Then you may want to call.

You can order a copy of your booking invoice from whomever you booked with. The OBC will show up on there. They process them in order of sail date so if your sailing is far in the future they may not be applied yet.

We've redeemed VISA points for OBC 8-9 times. Never once worried about "verifying" it pre-cruise. Every time it's shown up just fine on day one or day two. Of course we take copies of the emails etc just in case. Relax.

It takes less than a week. You can call royal and ask for an updated invoice, it will reflecrt on the bottom.....but I wouldnt worry, it will be there.

Besides the email if you cash the points in before your cruise docs are issued , then it will be listed on a page in the docs
