Sailing RCCL navigator of the seas in April. Thinking about Premium Drink Package but wondering if it covers coffee in the Cafes on the Promenade Area etc. I don't think it covers specialty coffees but a regular double double???

Premium coffees are covered. Non-premium coffees are no charge. To my knowledge, I'm pretty certain specialty coffees are not covered (alcohol prepared, etc), but I am not 100% sure of that. Perhaps asking on the RCI board can confirm that.
