Bring a bottle of Dom Perignon for your trip to Sables Rose in Fakarava. You may have to use a straw or dixie cups as glasses may not be allowed on a UNESCO site. Just think, sipping champagne while you walking through a pink sand beach. If it doesn't appealed to you, just get a bottle of Masi Amarone Della Valpolicella to share with your table at the Pink Sand Beach.:D

 

Best bet is to go through those boutique stores on the Marina to see if there is anything you would like and budget accordingly. I was in a similiar position, having to spend large amount of OBC. Spent it on $100 bottles of wine, excursions, booze and I had to buy couple of wallets at the boutique shop to use up the rest of the OBC.

I have a related question...can one use the OBC for a transfer to the O hotels even if not staying there? After our cruise we're heading up north by train from Rome termini. We don't want to bother with the regional train from Civitecchia and the train transfer in termini, so we were going to use a limo transfer service to termini from the port. The Westin, which O uses for it's hotel package looks to be a short taxi ride to Termini.

On NCL you can cash out OBC dollars at the casino for a 3% fee. Given the Oceania holding company is NCL, do Oceania offer that facility?
