BBMacLaird Posted February 15, 2016 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2016 Someone in our company, not me ;), compiled a list of 12 books to inspire our wanderlust. Have you read any of these books? I have read a few and happen to have a couple others on my nightstand! Any others you'd recommend? If so, please tell us the country/region of your suggestion. https://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/blog/12-books-inspire-wanderlust
LindaAndBillTravel Posted February 15, 2016 #2 Share Posted February 15, 2016 Love Shadow of the Wind. When we finally made it to Barcelona, I had to track down all kinds of sites in the book. Awesome read to accompany a trip to Spain!

Hoyaheel Posted February 15, 2016 #7 Share Posted February 15, 2016 Anything by Bill Bryson (depends on where you're going ;-) I read Notes from a Small Island before a trip to England last month. Oracle Bones (Peter Hessler, re: China). Path Between the Seas (David McCullough) for a Panama Canal cruise. (I always look for books for travel - love history & biographies & memoirs, as well as fiction)
