ISLAND PRINCESS, location of Elite/Platinum/Suite Lounge for pre dinner drinks

G'day, on the revamped Island Princess where on the ship do they hold the nightly Elite/Platinum/Suite lounge for pre dinner drinks? They no longer have them on the Australian Princess ships, Sea/Dawn/Sun Princesses and with recent alterations to Island Princess, i.e. Universal Lounge gone for cabins, does Island still have the nightly venue for us?

 

We have often visited the Elite lounge on the Grand Class Princess ships, i.e. Golden, Star, Ruby, Crown etc and enjoyed the Elite lounge which is generally in Skywalkers.

Haven't been on the Island, but on the Coral, which is the sister ship of the Island, the Platinum/Elite lounge was in a back corner of the Explorer's Lounge.

I've been on the Coral and Island quite a few times over the years since these ships were new and the Platinum/Elite lounge was always held in the back of the Explorer's Lounge. Never saw it in the Universe Lounge. That might not be the case this November when I know there'll be a lot of Platinum/Elite.

It will never be in the Universe Lounge on the Island, as there is no longer one since the last drydock, when they replaced that with more cabins on deck 6 and 7 aft.

 

It was in the Explorers lounge the last time I was on the Island.

It is in the Explorer's lounge. I did not like the location as it feels like it is shoved back in the corner. Also on several occasions other activities were running over in Explorer's so seating was more limited.

Does anyone know if they have BOGO (happy hour) in the Explorers Lounge on the Island.

I'm not sure if all Princess ships have this.

They had BOGO for a $1 multiple times a day. Some of the days they had limitations on certain ones like it had to be margaritas or just beer.
