I am being blond how do I cancel a carnival spirit cruise

I hope someone can help.

 

We booked a carnival spirit cruise for November 2017 wich we now want to cancel, I have been on the Carnival au site and cant find anywhere to cancel.

 

maybe I am being dumb.

 

can anyone tell me how I can cancel this cruise please

How did you book? If it was through a travel agent then you would cancel through them. If you booked via the web site then you'll need to contact Carnival Australia directly. I don't think there's any way of cancelling directly on the web site though. I also can't find an email address. That may mean a phone call which could be pretty expensive from the UK. Their web site only gives local Australian or New Zealand numbers, which can't be used from outside those countries, but this Sydney number should reach them. Try 02 8424 8800. Country code is 61. Another option is to try contacting your local Carnival office and asking them for advice.

I phoned when I cancelled (rebooked on better deal through travel agent). Probably took 5min total on the phone and got our refund to our credit card about 2 weeks later :)

I have relos in UK, I can talk to them on the telephone for half an hour for AU$1.95, which is £1. So check your phone plan !! Good luck wiv it.
