Miami-Hotel where you can leave car?

I've cruised several times out of Port Canaveral and stayed at the Radisson where they'll keep your car for free during the cruise if you stay with them one night. So my question is, does Miami have the same set-up? If so, what's the name of the place? Need to book a place for the end of July.

 

In the past, we always paid to park at the port, but we're looking for a better option.

Miami is not a city where you want to leave your car that isn't secure and safe.

 

Locals will tell you to only park at the port.

I had the same dilemma. As a Hilton Honors member, I prefer a Hilton brand hotel. I just "called" directly to the Hilton Garden Inn West Airport hotel and got what I consider to be a good deal: Overnight king room, buffet breakfast, parking for 15 nights and shuttle to the port for under $250. Parking at the port alone would have cost me $280. My favorite downtown Hampton Inn charges $22 a night for parking and the overnight best rate was just about the same. I hope all goes well. Reviews on TripA were mostly positive especially re: parking.

Look at some of the popular chains at the airport Blue Lagoon area. Hampton Inn there is a good choice.

 

As mentioned there are some areas you wouldn't want to leave your car.

You can search http://www.parksleepfly.com or http://www.stay123.com for hotels offering cruise parking deals, but I would listen to Blue and the others and strongly consider parking at POM.

 

None of the hotels includes a free shuttle from POM back to your car, so figure a $30 cab ride when calculating prices.

You can park at any of these hotels for a cruise--but you have a taxi ride to the port.

I have used the Crown Plaza--maybe 50 times with my Mercedes--it is safe and secure!!

It's South Florida. Even my pizza delivery guy drives a Mercedes.

 

SUVs, trucks, luxury cars, and electric cars get stolen. If your Mercedes is a 2014 or newer with the blue led lighting, that will probably get stolen, not the car.
