Worried about noise but only a few rooms left on this Oasis cruise.

 

D8 6178 balcony ocean view

 

C1 12209 or 12239 balcony Central Park

 

BW 14721, 14323, 14325 Boardwalk near Aqua Theater

 

Yes or no on any of these

I have never stayed in any of them but I would pick the OV balcony 6178. I have read that there is a lot of noise from the pool deck on the Boardwalk rooms on deck 14.

We stayed in a central park balcony on deck 12. I think only once we heard the slightest hint of noise from down below.

6178..D8 category. It is not an adjoining room. No obstructed views...pretty close to the elevator. No noise. Keep in mind, there is a wall that separates any public traffic. This is a great location.

I would choose 6178 all day every day :)

We have not stayed in 6178 but we did stay in 6620 last year which I think is the same cabin category. Nice cabin, great having the balcony and plenty of room on it to enjoy room service breakfast. No issues with noise. We are going to cruise on Oasis again in 2018 and that will be the cabin category we will select. :)

 

For that Oasis cruise we initially booked an end boardwalk balcony but decided we didn't want that long walk to go any where on the ship. Also I didn't like that I would need to keep the curtains closed all the time since there would be cabins directly across from us.

Boardwalk deck 14 noise will be more from activities on deck above. Deck 12 or 14 is not too noisy from aqua theater . Central Park noise from pool deck more than from park deck. Nice music from cp.

The view won't be as good as those more aft....and it's a connecting cabin...if these don't concern you then...enjoy.

No cabin is completely soundproof. Hallway noise is the common culprit.....you can hear whenever someone slightly loud passes by!

We stayed in Allure 10717 and LOVED the view. Both the Aquatheatre and the ocean (and the festivity of the Boardwalk, of course 😀)
