I am, however, able to access my booking by putting in my last name and booking number. Just can't get into my account or reset my password. It might be another weekend snafu when website changes are routinely made which have regularly been reported here. Sometimes when it's a sign in problem it requires calling Princess to correct the problem which seems to be easier to accomplish during business hours Monday to Friday.
