Global Entry in NYC port?

Hi everyone. I'm taking a cruise out of Manhattan next month on the Breakaway. I have Gobal Entry. Does the port have Global Entry set up? I'm expecting a massive line during disembarkation, and thought my Global Entry could shave a few minutes off my wait time.

No...no GE in NY. As far as I know the only port that has it is Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, but perhaps there is another by now, such as Miami.

 

What will shave time off your wait is to hire a porter to take you through immigration and customs. You get to use a special line that really can cut down the waiting. Well worth the cost of a tip to the porter in my opinion.

Agree...the only port with GE is Ft Lauderdale, at this time.

That's correct.

 

At this time only Fort Lauderdale has GE.
