It's that time again

An other week to begin

 

Our week begins on Thursday

And ends a week later when we say

 

I had a great week

Or I was very weak

 

But we know we never give up trying

WE don't want to stop and start crying

 

Pounds can go on very fast

Have to do everything for loss's to last

 

On trips, cruises and holiday dinners

Have to be good and then will be thinner

 

It's not easy or fun at times

Just keep drinking your water with lemon or limes

Good morning.

 

I had a good week. I tried to keep my restaurant eating under control and it paid off - I lost 2.5 lbs to 183.5. It's a pattern for me. I have a nice loss followed by a gain and then another loss. If the pattern holds next week I'll probably gain (though I hope I won't).

 

I hope everyone did well.

Well Belle I was very weak but then it was Thanksgiving. I'm up 0.2 lbs.

 

CruisermanVA ~ nice loss, congrats! You must be doing something right!

 

I won't be checking in next week as I'll be in beautiful Barcelona before boarding Carnival Vista. Sure to be bad news when I return as there's a new Guy's Pig & Anchor onboard as well as several other yummy venues.

Well, I bounced back from my overindulgence during the hurricane (yeaaa!) and lost 1 pound this week. I'm 160 now - just 10 lbs to go to reach my "B" goal of 150 ("A" goal is 145) and 8 weeks left.

 

Congrats to Cruiserman on a very nice loss!

 

Happy Thanksgiving, Jo! I don't think .2 lbs is very bad at all!

Have fun on your cruise - Oh, and if you get a chance will you check out the Family Harbor Lounge? I'm considering this cruise with the kids next year and was wondering if the Harbor Lounge was worth the upgrade. My kids LOVE having snacks available at all times (lol!) and I think they might enjoy this feature more than anything else, but only if it is maintained and not overrun with unruly children.

I stayed the same. Amazing as life is a little frantic for me at the moment.

 

Think I didn't tell you guys my hubby had surgery on his elbow this past Tuesday for a pinched nerve. His arm is in a cast sort of thing. I have to help with everything.

 

He is doing well but, man, am I tired in the evening.

Hi, Belle. Sorry that I am one of the ones who have gone missing lately. My life has been very hectic recently. It started with my four-year-old granddaughter having surgery in August. All is well, but we were really anxious for a while.

 

I have been doing some major renovations on my house and have been very busy shopping for all the different components that we need. Also, my son is getting married this winter and that planning has kept us very busy. This weekend my son is becoming a commissioned officer in the Navy and we are having a bridal shower for his fiancée.

 

I have not been keeping up with my weight and feel like I am gaining. I really have to get back on track soon.
