I know the last couple of weeks I've read posts that it was taking a while for the credit to show up. Well obviously they've fixed the problem I faxed in my statement around 11 am and just checked online at about 5 pm and it was showing as posted. :)!!!! So about 6 hours turn around time pretty great service!

After over 2 weeks I called Princess on Tuesday & they were unable to locate my fax so I faxed it again & they immediately issued my OBC.

 

They explained that changing from Lotus to Outlook had created problems which based on your experience have been corrected. :)

I faxed in my request this morning, but the credit isn't showing up yet. I'm hoping it's there tomorrow, but will wait to follow up in a week if it doesn't show up.

Last month I sent one in and it posted same day.

Had another cruise coming up and sent fax last week. Never posted.Was advised to send again (this Monday) and it got posted Wednesday.

Seems like this is hit and miss.

I checked again this afternoon, and the credit now shows up on my cruise info. It's almost enough to cover my auto tips. (We're on an 8-day cruise.)

I snail mailed our paperwork on 10/4 and never saw anything. I called yesterday and they verified the address-it appears it was an incorrect number off from the paperwork( 24303 vs 24305) I had printed from Carnival....so here is the correct address:

Santa Clarita, Ca 91355

 

Strange that a slight difference in number couldn't have been delivered.

If I don't see any OBC posted in 10day-I will try to fax paperwork.

That's odd that the CCL paperwork had the wrong address & that the USPS apparently was unable to deliver it to Princess HQ.

Yes agree it was odd. The Carnival Corp benefit page was one I had gotten off of here but as I said it was with the different address number. Oh well, our cruise isn't until December so no worry. I'm sure it will appear soon.
