GORDONCHICK Posted November 9, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Are there any river cruise ships that accommodate 3 people in a stateroom/cabin? We would love to combine a river cruise with a regular Med cruise, but only if this is possible.
acwmom Posted November 9, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 9, 2016 A few of the newer AmaWaterways ships accommodate 3 in a cabin, though I'm not sure if there is an age restriction on the 3rd (these are the ships used by Adventures by Disney part-time). I believe some of the Tauck suites and the Uniworld supership suites also accommodate a third passenger. Robin
Rare notamermaid Posted November 9, 2016 #3 Share Posted November 9, 2016 (edited) The German company Arosa has family cabins on two of their ships, Arosa Flora and ARosa Silva: https://www.a-rosa.de/en/river-cruises/my-a-rosa/brochures.html AmaStella and AmaViola are supposed to have family-friendly cabins - according to a cruisecritic page and see post above - that accomodate more than three people. You can probably download the deck plans from the Amawaterways website. notamermaid Edited November 9, 2016 by notamermaid
GORDONCHICK Posted November 9, 2016 Author #4 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Thanks to you both. We've been somewhat interested in river cruising but we always travel with our son, who's 15 right now.
Rare gnome12 Posted November 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 9, 2016 Uniworld in their FAQ says they are allowed in some suites on the S. S. Catherine and the S. S. Maria Theresa. Sent from my SM-N910C using Forums mobile app
