One of our longtime members here on Cruise critic many of you know her - Harriet - she gave many people wonderful advice. Today she went to fly with the Angels she fought a good fight but now she is in no pain. I met Harriet through Cruise critic and we became the best of friends we cruised together chatted every day and laughed together and cried Together, I will miss her all the rest of the days of my life

I'm at a loss for words. I can't believe our Harriet is gone.

In true Harriet form, she was planning our next cruise right up to the end.

I will miss her terribly; but because of her, we have a great group of friends that she brought together.

Vixen forever; cruise on Harriet.

Our condolences to you all.

She's been a member over six years; contributed over 5,000 posts and obviously made many friends here. May she rest in peace.

Thank you Laura

We met here chatting on cruise critic 2 years ago eventually met in person and cruised together visitited her house and family had a weekend on her own boat with our husbands even. We named ourselves the garden villa vixens because we sailed on the gem in a garden villa. We booked another for this December 4th she was so determined to make it. We will still sail in 3 weeks and carry her in our hearts on that cruise.

Geri, Cathy, Gretchen, Sally, Phyllis, Maria, Jennifer, Judy and most of all Harriet the Vixens

Very sad and sorry to hear this. I didn't know her apart from this forum, but that GV trip is the stuff of legend and she clearly captured the hearts of everyone who knew her.

Blessings.

Yes, it was a legendary trip. To think the bonds we created over 1 random comment, incredible really. She was the kind of person everyone loved and just wanted to be around. I already miss her terribly:(

Thank you. We will absolutely toast her. She's the one who organized it. Without her there would be no GV take 2 or take 1 for that matter
