klc.1 Posted November 22, 2016 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Does anyone know what the depth is from the floor to the bed - in order to stash a suitcase to get it out of the way
cb at sea Posted November 22, 2016 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Plenty of space...if it won't "slide" under, lift the bed frame! Easy!

QE2_Fan Posted November 22, 2016 #6 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Or slide it under while open to hold dirty clothes Great idea! We had four sharing a cabin with a suitcase each, we stored one smaller suitcase into the larger, and both 'sets' easily disappeared under the bed! (We use a pop up laundry basket for our dirty laundry tucked in the corner near the wardrobe!) Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
rwb Posted November 22, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 22, 2016 We have been dozens of Celebrity cruises and have always been able to fit two large cases and two carry-ons under the bed without a problem. Our large cases are 12" thick and fit with room to spare.

DYKWIA Posted November 22, 2016 #9 Share Posted November 22, 2016 Our suitcases have a depth of 32cm, closed they just about slide under the frame. We easily fit two large cases under bed
Northern Aurora Posted November 23, 2016 #10 Share Posted November 23, 2016 Just checked the suitcases we currently use. They are 11.5 - 12 " deep. While they slide easily under an M-class bed we do find that we have to slightly lift the edge of the S-class beds.
davekathy Posted November 23, 2016 #11 Share Posted November 23, 2016 OP...plenty of room under the bed(s) to store your luggage.
Saab4444 Posted November 23, 2016 #12 Share Posted November 23, 2016 That makes it easy for bed bugs and similar unwanted animals to travel with you back home! We avoid to put any luggage and clothes directly on any carpet and especially under the bed in any hotel or ship. Gordoncruickshank Posted November 23, 2016 #13 Share Posted November 23, 2016 I can confidently say you can fit 4 large suitcases under the bed having done it on a number of occasions.
