We have booked a full suite for ourselves on the Coral Princess and 3 mini suites for our kids and grandkids. If we want to always eat dinner together what happens to our special suite dining benefits? Can we bring them as guests or will they have to pay?

Club Class Dining begins on Coral Princess on February 6, 2017. So assuming your cruise is after that date: According to the details on the Princess website if you wish to have dinner nightly with the rest of your non-suite party you would have to forego the Club Class section of the MDR and switch to either Traditional or Anytime Dining (whichever the others have selected). There is no listed provision for non-suite guests of suite pax in the Club Class section of the MDR, just as there is none for the current benefit of Suite Breakfast at Sabatini's.

 

Of course nobody really knows how this will actually work as we are still a few weeks away from the debut of Club Class Dining on the first two ships (Ruby and Emerald next month). I would ask again once the first Suite guests have returned from those cruises.

If you are referring to the suite benefit of a free dinner in one of the specialty restaurants on embarkation evening, your guests will have to pay for their meals. As soon as you get to your cabin call the DINE line and make a reservation for the number of people in your entire party. The waiter will have a ticket for each cabin. Yours will be complimentary.

Suggest you book your kids/grandkids into Club Class Mini Suites if you want the benefits of suite dining.

Full Suites also have the added perk of having breakfast in Sabatini's or the Crown Grill depending upon the ship. One must be in a full suite, not a mini-suite to enjoy this perk.

 

I do not believe it is possible for them to pay an additional fee to join you in any of the suite dining experiences.

 

You can, of course, join them in non-suites dining.

5. Can a Club Class guest invite their friends to exclusive dining under their reservation?

 

Exclusive Club Class Dining is only available for the guests booked within a Club Class Mini-Suite or Full Suite. Guests who wish to dine with friends, family and other cruisers not booked in a Club Class Mini-Suite or Full Suite are welcome to do so during our Anytime Dining hours in the Main Dining Room. Guests who would like to book a Club Class Mini-Suite, but would prefer to dine in Traditional Dining can request this change by calling Princess or your travel consultant.

I replied to a similar post just the other day, but essentially you have three recurring dinner choices: traditional, anytime, or club. As a suite passenger, you'll get your request, no question. If you request club class, and your family is not also in club-class rooms, you're going to be separated, guaranteed: there's no pay-to-join option, as club class is capacity controlled. If you request traditional, you can link the bookings together, and your family will be assigned to the same table as you. If you pick anytime, you're all in the same bucket then. ;)

 

The suite breakfast is also strictly suite passengers only.
