Silly Question

We are booked in a Neptune Suite on the Oosterdam. Is there someone I can call prior to embarkation to make sure there is a lightweight cotton blanket in our cabin? The duvets, while very pretty, are way too warm for us. We never are able to get the alternate cotton blanket the first night. The stewards are so busy delivering luggage, etc. Any ideas?

I would try ship services at 1‐800‐541‐1576.

I would call ships services through HAL.

They would be able to help you.

When you get on the ship ask the Neptune Lounge concierge to help you out.

Call Ship Services for your request.

Once you are on the ship, check your cabin first to see if your request was honored. If not, talk to the concierges and remind them that you had made a request through Ship Services.

We always have our HAL PCC put our special request (2 bed wedges for example) on our booking under Special Requests and they are always in place when we check in. We have never had to make a call to anyone.
