Senior discounts?

I've often seen ads and questions on cruise websites about signing up for senior discounts. Since there are so many "seniors" who are loyal cruisers, do the cruise lines really offer any discounts that are any better than the normal sales? I know there are real military discounts and the third person in the room discount, but has anyone ever had a senior discount?

Am not aware of senior discount from Princess.

No military discounts either on Princess but a very nice military OBC. Thankyou Princess.

There is a Loyalty OBC which starts at around 21 cruises and gets better until you have cruised 50 something times with them and then its $100 per cruise, most people who get that are seniors....................

Bear in mind frequent cruising seniors are probably not the biggest profit earners for a cruise line as far as onboard spend is concerned. And that seems to be the name of the game these days.

That's different but its always worth taking your AAA and AARP cards as many places give 10% discount on those.

Also a discount on public transportation in Hawaii with your Medicare card & if you have a Golden age passport you'll get a admission to National parks and discounts for certain items.
