Timing of onboard credit

IME, the Celebrity OBC will be on there first, then the agency's OBC within 2 days. Don't know why it takes them that long to get it applied, but it sometimes does. Not sure about the Visa OBC.

Sometimes they have to contact MIAMI to get this all straightened out for your cruise and it takes several days; just keep checking and don't give up....

And, make sure you have the documents that show these OBC's, just in case.

Bring copies of the OBC statements from the various sources. This was very helpful when Celebrity did not post the credits to my account once we were on the ship. I had been told it takes a couple of days but after 5 days, I had to bring the papers down to Guest Relations.

Not having OBC show up.

We've had this happen twice, once on Celebrity (it was the TA's error).

Celebrity's Guest Services was very helpful in getting this resolved.
