Sky vs. Sea Class Suites

Recommended Posts

Sorry if this has been answered on this board in the past...I did a quick search and scanned but didn't see this question exactly...

My wife and I are considering a cruise this summer on Anthem of the Seas. We are avid cruisers on X--we love the line, but thought we might give RCI a try to see what else is out there.

On X, we discovered that we really like the "Suite Class" and the perks that come with it. Because of that, we would like to book a suite on RCI.

What is the difference between "Sea" and "Sky" class? Is it just more room? Are there additional perks?

Any help/guidance are appreciated!

Sea class is the lowest of the three classes and provides very minimal perks.

You can currently get into Coastal Kitchen with dinner reservations, but, we are hearing that could be subject to change.

They took away the seating in the boarding lounge for this class, now you have to board by C & A status ( Fort Lauderdale that is).

You have your own specially color coded sea pass card.

SKy class is what we get in a CL suite.

And has everything from saved seating in the shows (except comedy)

Concierge lounge

Coastal Kitchen

Color coded cards.

Pre boarding lounge and suite lines to get in.

Own sun deck

Barefoot beach

To name a few

Probably should book at least Sky class, if you want perks.

Safe travels.

Since Freedom has left us, we seem to be missing out on

cruises with you.

See any in my signature we might have the pleasure of your

company on in the future?

Would love to cruise with you again! :)
