NorthShoreKiwiGirl Posted January 12, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Hi I've searched to no avail....looking for a cruise that includes Hawaii and some Mexican Ports.... Need to leave from Honolulu or LA and preferably disembark in Honolulu...otherwise LA. I'd appreciate some expert advice :)
jaydublax Posted January 12, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Princess has the Hawaii round trips that leave LA and go to HI with a stop in Ensenada on the way back. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
CruiserBruce Posted January 12, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2017 (edited) Princess has the Hawaii round trips that leave LA and go to HI with a stop in Ensenada on the way back. Sent from my iPhone using Forums That is a common cruise that has one Mexican port to meet some legal requirements. Not some Mexican ports. Several cruise lines do that route. Never heard of one that meets OP's ideas. Many years ago we did a Panama Canal cruise that ended in Acapulco. The ship (RCI's Legend of the Seas), then did a 10 day ending in Hawaii. But that was a very long time ago. Edited January 12, 2017 by CruiserBruce

Rare Essiesmom Posted January 12, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Princess has the Hawaii round trips that leave LA and go to HI with a stop in Ensenada on the way back. Sent from my iPhone using Forums This is a close as you are going to get. There are no cruises that leave from Honolulu and end up in the US as it would violate the Passenger Vessels Services Act. (PVSA). Cruises leaving from Honolulu are either coming from Australia and heading to Alaska/Canada, or coming from Canada and heading for Sydney. You could do back to back (B2B) cruises, such as Star Princess r/t Hawaii and Mexican Riviera: http://www.cruisetimetables.com/cruisesonstarprincess-mar2017.html Or a Star Princess combined with another line doing Mexico. Use http://www.cruisetimetables.com and play around with the possibilities. EM
BourbonNBluesLuvr Posted January 12, 2017 #6 Share Posted January 12, 2017 (edited) Hello, As stated above...not many options based on your desire of multiple ports in Mexico. However, if you are willing to substitute San Diego for LA, Holland America offers one on January 10, 2018...that does a round-trip to Hawaii, with 4 stops in Mexico (Cabo, Mazatlan, Puerto Vallarta and Ensenada)...on the ms Oosterdam. Its like a B2B, because you stop at the first 3 Mexican ports first, and then return to SD before continuing on to Hawaii...but it is offered by HAL as a one segment cruise. Just FYI BBL Edited January 12, 2017 by BourbonNBluesLuvr

NorthShoreKiwiGirl Posted August 15, 2017 Author #8 Share Posted August 15, 2017 Thanks and that sounds like a great cruise...hopefully they'll bring it back on one day!
