Check your account on the TV.

If the OBC says OBR then you can go to the casino and take it out in cash for a 5% fee.

If it says OBN (non-refundable) you must spend it on board.

You haven't been able to do this in month. Last month, on the Silhouette there was a sign posted at the cashier cage stating if you want to use obc for gambling, they will give you special chips that can't be redeemed for cash. They will give you the amount you win in regular chips. If you play slots they will load money on to your sea pass card and it all has to be gambled. Again you will get only the money you actually one. If you don't spend all you take, return it at the end of the cruise and at that time you can get the cash. This is refundable obc only. Nonrefundable is use it or lose it.
