Darn, I though it might be an App where you can hitch a ride on someone's Cessna it you both were headed to the same spot.:(

 

Maybe you are in Florida and want to head to D.C. and Air Force One just happens to be going back to D.C. empty. That would be a good Uber!:D

As I was reading the concept I had a deja vu moment so I'm glad they mentioned that this has been done before. I suppose if there is a market and people willing to do it that it's a good idea. I'm not sure I'd be willing to be a courier for someone else, though.
