Computers on ship and transferring files?

So I don't feel like packing a laptop and don't need any internet access. But I was wanting to be able to back up my photos and videos from my digital cameras to a USB drive. Can you use the computers on the ship for this at all or do you have to buy internet time? Any suggestions or information is appreciated.

No. They are locked down to prevent people from infecting them with viruses. Get a tablet. They are smaller and can be used for photo backup. I copy my photos to my tablet. I then copy them from the tablet to a pair of flash drives. Works for me.

All you will see in the internet cafe is a keyboard and a monitor, all connected to a central server. No ports to access. Bring a tablet or a lot of memory cards. EM
