A bit of a bummer. Our next two cruises are on Emerald and Caribbean - neither of which offer Alfredo's. Coral offered Alfredo's pizza at lunch in Sabatini's. I wish more ships would do that. Of course Sabatini's itself has been replaced on some ships...

No too old.

No too old.

I doesn't necessarily have to do with age. The first ship to get an Alfredo's was the Grand during her 2011 dry dock and later the Sapphire during her 2012 dry dock. The expanded menu Alfredo's was introduced on the new Royal class ships in 2013.

The Caribbean Princess is an amazing ship. I just got off her this week and there is no Alfredo"s. The food in the dining rooms and International Cafe is wonderful.

You have actually gotten "made to order" (your words) pizza from the pizza stand on the Lido deck of CB--or any current Princess ship for that matter? I have only ever seen three choices of pizzas--cheese, pepperoni, and a rotating daily selection--prepared to a set recipe when deemed necessary by the cook. Nothing ever prepared fresh at the time of request with my choice of toppings--and by that standard the pizza at Alfredo's is not even "made to order".
