Trying to pre-order something for our cruise and cruise personalizer not cooperating

We sail in 8 days and I'm trying to order a water package and when I press the credit card option nothing happens.

I have ordered before with no problem. Has anyone else had issues with pre-ordering so close to cruise time ?

I have not had this problem. Have you tried using another browser? If you still have trouble, you could call Princess to order it.

I need to use the Cruise Personalizer to prepay the gratuity for an upcoming cruise. I might do that this weekend or even tonight and report back.

Whenever I encounter problems with online purchase, I call up Princess to place my order.

I've had problems with the personalizer a couple of times lately and had to call and have it fixed. Wonder if they are having problems getting it ready for medellion cruising?

I ordered the water package and coffee cards for my cruise in July. It took my card. I was using internet explorer web browser

Didn't Princess post stating that they would be doing site maintenance and there could be issues in various parts of the site throughout the day?

Hi everyone. Thank you for your replies. Shortly after I posted last night, I went upstairs to my desk top computer and ordered the water packages with no problem. Originally I was trying to order using my iPad and it would not give me the drop down menu to fill in the credit card info. I could check the option for credit card vs PayPal, but after that, nothing.

We are good to go.
