seadog67 Posted March 30, 2017 Author #426 Share Posted March 30, 2017 I *think* anyone can reserve them for $150 a day and it comes with a bottle of champagne. Just supplementing this info with the requested pictures: Probably does not come with this particular bottle lol Probably one of these The view down the pool deck: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Jerseygirl1416 Posted March 30, 2017 #428 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Thank you Seadog! You're the best. The sign is a little cryptic. I wonder if that means it includes any drinks or just champagne? Champagne would not be my poolside drink choice but the beds look nice and I love the freedom of a designated chair all day. Anyway thanks again and the sliders looked delicious
breeze123 Posted March 30, 2017 #429 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Are you sure? WANTED is on for the April 2nd cruise and I read they will be on the entire month of April. Seems weird WANTED would come one for one week, then leave for a week, then come back? I dunno, maybe :) Edited to add: Just looked up WANTED from Los Angeles. I have en email from Royal Caribbean saying they will be on the April 2nd cruise. According to the bands web page, they will be on the Anthem April 29th also. Looks like they do come and go by the week? Yep, Journey Tribute band got off last night in Nassau. They really were fantastic. Hopefully they will return. Looks like they were on Indy a few weeks ago. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

I have en email from Royal Caribbean saying they will be on the April 2nd cruise. According to the bands web page, they will be on the Anthem April 29th also. Looks like they do come and go by the week? For clarification, I have no idea and never said Wanted is on Anthem's April 2 sailing. There are (2) Bon Jovi Tribute bands called *Wanted*. The band I am familiar with and the one we have seen several times is from LA and they will be on Anthem for the following sailings 4-29, 6-3, 8-3 and 10-7-17. I do know Anthem gave them additional sailings to perform on when we saw them on our 2/26/17 Anthem sailing, but I don't know what those dates are at the moment. The other *Wanted* band is from Cleveland Ohio and I don't know if they also play on Anthem. If you're on the April 2 sailing and RCI told you Wanted will be on board, you're in for a good time :) I hope you enjoy their show as much as we have in the past :D
breeze123 Posted March 30, 2017 #431 Share Posted March 30, 2017 My family and I will be on your same cruise. In the past, I've found them to be strict on the age with other activities; a teen who was turning 18 a few days after the cruise would be over, wanted to play in the adult dodgeball tournament and it was a no go for him. One of our sons is turning 18 on April 30th and it would be nice if we could play in some adult sporting event tournaments together but, I expect the same and that it will be a no, since he won't be 18 yet. Maybe someone has specific experience with that on the circus thing. If not, you may want to make direct contact with the ship staff beforehand or if you can't find an email for it, ask once onboard.10 Days till we board!!!! :-) We're on this cruise currently too. My daughter is 13 and reported back that they were strict with the age limits on the teen activities. Also would not let kids do Flowrider unless their parents were present. breeze123 Posted March 30, 2017 #433 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Hi Seadog67, you didn't miss much at Atlantis today. It was packed with 4 ships in port. A woman staying at the resort was complaining to me in the lazy river that they shouldn't allow the cruisers in the park. I just smiled and nodded. Lol. We had a good time but there were lots of lines. Carnival Pride and Breeze are on the other side of Breakaway. Didn't know that. Thanks for clarifying!!! Would be great to see another tribute band of the same caliber. loudbmw Posted March 30, 2017 #435 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Thank you very much! Glad it is enjoyable. There is an area by the NS that is reserved, I will try to get a picture and info so check back. Here is a bit more food porn. Had a quick bite to eat from the Windjammer. These 2 bite meatball and pulled pork sliders were delicious. I had several of each... Meatball was excellent 10 out of 5 Forks! Pulled Pork excellent as well 5 out of 5 Forks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk If you liked the meatball and pulled pork sliders, just wait for the lamb burgers for lunch in the Windjammer on Day 7. wolfganghowell Posted March 30, 2017 #442 Share Posted March 30, 2017 What a great coincidence - I had just decided Anthem to be our 2018 cruise and found this. Thanks for taking us along. Do you know if there is a suite lounge? I didn't see one of the deck plans but figured it has to be there somewhere. Those reserved daybeds look awesome - hoping they might be a suite perk. One more - Is the water in the indoor pool warm?
jenmouse Posted March 30, 2017 #443 Share Posted March 30, 2017 (edited) My husband came looking for me to see if I intended to feed my family tonight. I was kind of late starting dinner because I was reading your review. :) Thank you so much for this - lots of valuable information, great pictures and video. We are getting excited for our Anthem cruise on July 6th! Edited March 30, 2017 by jenmouse

#55worktoplay Posted March 30, 2017 #445 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Sea dog and the Mrs. Thanks very much for taking time out to do this. You are doing a fantastic review and your pics and videos are great. I plan to get on this ship one of these days tried two times now and both had to changed so hopefully three times will be the charm. May 6 was one of the sailings I had to change ☹️ Too bad I would have bought you both a Caesar! Thanks!
sharonlacey Posted March 30, 2017 #446 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Was wondering (only if you have a chance) if you can find out if you can buy bottles of wine anywhere else but vintages? I seem to remember we ordered wine from room service. We would order a couple of bottles at a time as that is what we like to drink on our cruise. We were able to order Kendell Jackson from room service and they do not carry that wine in Vintages. Thanks for any info.

seadog67 Posted March 30, 2017 Author #450 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Tonight we had a light dinner, again in Jamie's for our third time Crab and Avocado Bruschetta 4 out of 5 Fork. Nice crab and avocado flavor. And Tomato and Mozzarella Bruschetta 5 out of 5 Forks And a Chicken Caesar 3 out of 5 Forks. Somewhat bland but nice and fresh Unfortunately there may not be much to report, at least for tonight as my back has said enough and gotten a bit worse forcing me to retreat to the cabin. Sorry for the interruption and hoping for better tomorrow. Thank you for checking in all week! Still have a beautiful sunset to look at Good night cruise critics!
