The Zuiderdam will be docked at Pier 21 (port alongside) and is scheduled to set sail at 16:00/4:00 PM EDT (subject to change as always).

Just checked and Zuidy is just now opposite Miami. Not expected at the sea buoy until 0715. Now showing a departure at 1601... not 1600... Very precise...
